Black History Month

We are finally beginning Black History Month on Monday, February 13th.  I will give relevant vocabulary words each week during our lessons.

Please bring in fabric or felt for quilts.

I will begin assigning Competitive Edge homework assignments on Monday.  If you do not have an EOG practice book, you will be expected to read and summarize.  I will also make some packets with skill reviews for those students without books.

Do not forget...in addition to the 2 remediation clubs I have, I also stay after school for help on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you are behind, need  to make-up an assignment, or need a computer--stay.

6A--We need basket items!!!

Please bring in Hispanic food items and restaurant gift certificates.

Week of Feb. 6th

Vocabulary tests will be on Friday this week because of practice testing.

Book Reports and Projects are due at the end of Feb.

Our class needs tissues, please.
